CXMi.ai is a 100% on-premise solution. All call recordings, transcripts, and AI-generated insights remain entirely within your private network. We do not collect, transmit, or store any of your business data on our servers.

The only data we collect is limited to license validation and anonymous usage telemetry (which can be fully disabled in your configuration).

When you choose to use BYOK (Bring Your Own Key) integrations with external AI providers (OpenAI, DashScope, etc.), data is transmitted directly from your server to the provider — CXMi.ai never acts as an intermediary.

Our marketing website uses minimal analytics cookies. The CXMi.ai platform itself does not use third-party cookies or tracking scripts.
